NASPA New Otani offers large Japanese Rooms suited to larger families and groups, featuring a total space of 74m². These rooms feature two large beds and a slightly elevated Japanese-style tatami mat area, which can sleep up to three people in futon bedding. One room has a large 20 tatami mat area which can be separated into two rooms. Another room option is a spacious suite with very large living and dining areas as well as a spacious bedroom with two large beds. Rooms also include: ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, sitting area, trouser press, free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. A limited number of humidifiers are available to rent-free of charge-on a first-come first-served basis.

A wide range of dishes are available, including the famous Hotel New Otani roast beef, red snow crab, sushi, and desserts. Finished dishes are presented on plates chosen to enhance the appearance and seasonal theme of the meal. Shop NASPA features Japanese sake and rice served at the restaurants within the Hotel.

NASPA New Otani is a deluxe hotel and ski resort located in Yuzawa town. NASPA Ski Garden is a skiers-only ski hill located just behind the hotel, the only ski resort in Japan where you can meet Pingu. Guests with a 'Ski Plan' at NASPA, including one or more ski lift tickets, have options to choose from. A well-stocked rental shop at the base of the ski hill has equipment for beginners and experienced skiers. E Course is an un-groomed course offering a challenge for intermediate skiers. A number of slope-style items can be found at the side of this course, including a kicker, box, and rail. NASPA offers special activities, including ways to cool down. The Leisure Pool Aurora is a popular place to cool down in the summer months. Children enjoy the general Pingu theme at the resort. NASPA Kids Garden is a special area for young children with a moving escalator. You can also enjoy a relaxing body massage, or play some fun games. A camp site is available. Guests can rent free shoes and backpacks; Onigiri sets are also available for 770 yen. The Lounge Area is located on the 5th Floor of The Main Building, at the Pool & Fitness facility.
